As part of one of our external carriers ongoing commitment to stability and performance of their network, they will be performing software updates across their core network estate at Sov House DC

This work will require an outage of around 45 minutes per device, We are unsure what level of impact this will have. However any leased lines at this location will be affected.

VoIP Services should remain up and running during this period due to our network layout etc.

Their will be service maintenance conducted between 21:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC on 28/07/2021
