We are writing to let you know about planned maintenance on our SIP Connect platform.
When: Wednesday 4 November 2026, 21:00 GMT, to Thursday 5 November 2026, 01:00 GMT
Services: SIP Connect (SIP trunks)
What we are doing Following the recent migration of SIP trunks to our new SIP Connect platform, we are deploying a set of reliability improvements. These strengthen how calls are connected and released, improve call record accuracy, and further protect channel availability on your trunks.
What to expect
SIP Connect runs on two servers. We will update one server at a time, while the other continues to carry all calls.
Each server is taken out of service only once its calls in progress have finished, so we do not expect existing calls to be interrupted.
In rare cases, a new call made at the moment a server changes over may fail to connect. If that happens, simply redial.
Your phone system’s registration should continue automatically. No action is required from you.
If you experience any issues If you notice any problems with making or receiving calls during or after the maintenance window, please contact our support team, quoting “SIP Connect maintenance 4 November”.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we continue to improve the platform.
