Essential network upgrade - Potentially service affecting
We are upgrading part of our network which interconnects into the London Internet Exchange (Linx) to increase the available bandwidth to and from our network.
We will be doing this at 20:00 hours today 04/06/2018. Any customers who connect to our network via Linx Lon1 May notice a very small outage while traffic re-routes to Linx 2, however we will be doing a graceful shutdown so any existing connections will remain active and new connections will automatically re-route. once we see no active traffic, we will then do a full shutdown and start the required work.
This work is required in order to improve our network infrastructure and ensure continued high levels of resiliency, reliability, security and scalability.
